Hey!

We are Katy and Luke, two professionals looking for a friendly housemate to move into our large 3-bed house with great transport links, allocated parking and a bike shed.

The house is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac in a great location for access to South Mead hospital, Filton, Gloucester Road, the train station and the city centre.

The bedroom:
- Double sized room with double bed, desk, bookshelf, built-in wardrobe and two large windows which let in lots of natural light. There is a bathroom just outside which is effectively an ensuite shared only with 1 other person.

The house (communal areas):
- Large living room with a large reclining L-shaped leather sofa.
- Separate dining room with space for 6 people.
- Beautiful kitchen including a dishwasher and washing machine.
- Downstairs toilet and middle floor bathroom directly outside the room (shared with one other housemate).
- Garden with bike shed.
- Unused allocated parking space at rear of the property and many visitor spaces out the front of the house.
- Very quiet residential housing estate.

Fantastic Location:
- 2 minute walk to Ashley Down train station.
- 2 min cycle to Concorde Way cycle path to city centre in just 15 minutes by bike.
- 15 mins to South mead hospital
- 70 bus at the end of Dirac Road goes to city centre and Temple Meads train station and to Frenchay.
- 5 min walk to Lidl, Aldi and Homebargains, 10/15 mins walk to Gloucester Road, 5 mins run to Stokes Park.
- Easy access to the motorway (M32) making trips (15 mins from the house to the M4)

About us:
Katy is a keen crafter enjoying crocheting and aerial exercise.
Luke is a member of the run club and BS7 gym.
We both enjoy house tv nights like Brooklyn 99, new girl and Ted Lasso.
