Double Bedroom in lovely houseshare in Ashley Down

Hello!

A cosy double room is becoming available in our lovely house share in Ashley Down, and we're looking for a lovely person to come and join us!
We're friendly and sociable, hang out together a lot and have become friends, as well as housemates. We like to go out and do stuff together too, including going climbing, playing tennis, pub quizzing and going on nights out as well as having the best movie nights and bing watching your favourite series :)
We also like to do our own things and have a range of interests:
Bryony (they/them), 31 - Office
Coordinator, loves climbing, art, crochet, stick & poke tattooing, pole, aerial hoop, gaming, the office and gardening/plants
Ivan (he/him), 27 - Engineer, loves festivals, music, rugby, every racquet sport and will never say no to a pint.
Esme (she/her), 27 - Editor, loves books and writing and being in nature.
Jack (he/him), 27 - Civil Servant, loves music/ records, football (and sport in general) and a nice trip to the pub.
Kris (he/him), 31 - Youth Pastor, loves reading, having fun and won’t say no to a trip to the cinema or beach!

We're extremely lucky to have our previous housemates as friends and have built a lovely community of lovely people in Bristol and so we are looking for new addition to our group!
The house is a big 6 bed with a large living room, kitchen, 3 bathrooms (1 toilet, 1 shower room and 1 bathroom with toilet, bath & shower), utility room & back garden. Great location by Gloucester Road (8 minute walk), the allotments & cycle path, right by Lidi, Aldi and Home Bargains, as well as the number 70 bus route.
We currently have the largest room in the house, Room 6 available (£725pm). It is a furnished double room which includes ALL BILLS (internet, gas, electricity, TV license, council tax, water etc).
The room is upstairs and is south facing, it gets lovely natural light all year round. It's furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, a desk, a chest of drawers and two bedside cabinets.
There is also non-permitted street parking and a new train station 5 mins down the road!
