It’s a real home.
It’s a large house with a living room and a small dining area off the kitchen.
We are an open minded, happy, creative, arty, clean bunch of young professionals, Musician 🎷/librarian , Royal Ballet dancer 🩰 , Coffee shop manager ☕️, and artist 🧑‍🎨. . We are in our late twenties, early 30’s.
We work really hard, so the house is quite calm, we like to chat over a cuppa/ glass of wine when we have the time!

We spend a lot of time in the large kitchen, and living room, we have a cool bench table in the garden, which catches the sun. We are all busy friendly people with lots of interesting projects on the go.

The house is next to Ashleydown College, and Co op mini market, on the 70 bus route to town or UWE, its two minutes walk to the 'countryside' around the telecom tower and short cut to St Werburghs.
Its close to Gloucester road, and half an hours walk to town.
We have a large sunny sitting room, kitchen diner, garden, downstairs loo and upstairs bathroom with shower.

The room has, desk, drawers, wardrobe a double bed and mattress.

Rent is £550 per month Plus bills of around £70 per month this includes all bills - Wifi, Council tax, electric, gas, and water.
No agency fees. Deposit of one months rent.
6 month contract rolling.
