Hello, I'm looking for a lodger to live in my terraced house in Ashley down.
I am letting out a spacious double bedroom as well as a private office that would be great for somebody who works from home. The bedroom is currently empty but I can furnish it at no extra cost.
The house is on a quiet street off Ashley Down road and is just a couple minutes walk away from the station.
I'm a 32 year old engineer who works for a defence company in Filton. I'm quite an active person, I enjoy running and going to the gym.
I like watching rugby, football, NFL and MotoGP.
I'm quite sociable and have a great group of friends in Bristol who I spend time exploring different pubs around the city with.
A rough idea of the bills per month are:

Energy - £20 during the summer and £60 in the winter
