We have a large double room (half unfurnished) going in our friendly 6 bed house share which is located in Ashley Down. The house is currently all females so we are looking to keep it this way, our ideal person would be in the age range of 23-30, professionals only.

All bills are included in the rent which is £745 pcm. Deposit is 1months rent, tenancy starts from the 1st of June . 6 month contract minimum.

The room is lovely and bright with lots of space, on the 2nd floor of the house.

The house is a private let, with our landlord being really responsive and good with any issues that arise.

The house is in a great location, approx 10min walk from Gloucester Road and 5min walk from Aldi, Lidl, co-op and more!

There’s also great public transport links with a bus stop right outside the house, as well as all the buses on Gloucester road, there’s also lots of free on street parking outside and around the house. The Ashley down train station is a 5min walk away.

We have a shared kitchen, living room with a dining table, garden and 2 bathrooms, one with a shower & bath. We all pitch in with keeping the communal areas clean and tidy.
