The existing other tenant is a friendly Medical professional, who is very clean and tidy.
The Apartment, being on the 6th Floor, is quite secure and particularly suitable for females or those seeking more security. It is also within a fob access building and complex including security guard.
The room can be furnished, happy to discuss. It has built-in wardrobe.
Note: The entire building was recently fully renovated externally and in many areas after the grenfell tragedy and as a result extra safety precautions have now been implemented, such as waking watch fire alarm system.
The apartment is well insulated, but also has lots of light with large windows in the Lounge/Kitchen/Diner. Living space is fully furnished and has TV, Washing Machine, Fridge Freezer, Dishwasher. Broadband speed 500MB/s ++ if needed. The washing machine has just been replaced recently with a new high quality LG direct drive machine.
The hot water system was also completely replaced last year.
There is an initial 6 month contract - however, this can be ended early if needed so long as a suitable replacement is found. It is common for people to move when they need to so I am quite flexible so long as there is continuation of a tenancy.
These apartments rent for over £1650 + bills as a whole, so this room-rental charge works out less as it allows more flexibility as a Landlord and also for individual tenants who may not have a friend or someone to buddy-up with.
