Southville double room&ensuite

Bedroom

This is a two bed house and I am renting out one room. I work in London and Bristol. I spend most of my time in London but will periodically come back to Bristol- roughly one night a month (and stay in the other room in this house) so you will have the house to yourself a lot.

Rent is £1450 inc bills. The rent is priced at this level because I’m not in the house much and stay in London mostly, save for 1-2 times a month.

Room:
This is a double room with large ensuite.

- Built in Pax wardrobes with lighting included;
- Double bed included with Simba mattress (ottomon bed for storage) (I can provide bedding and ben linen and towels if required);
- Ensuite has a bath, rain shower, toilet, sink, cupboard, heated towel rail and electric toothbrush charger.

Not included:
Bedside cabinets and lights, art work, washing basket.

Communal areas:

- Patio garden to rear with established plants, furniture, egg chair and fire pit;
- Living room with TV and sofa;
- Dining room (no dining table provided);
- Kitchen (you will get the use of dishwasher, cooker, the majority of the cupboards and fridge freezer. I can provide toaster and kettle if required);
- Laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer, and heated airer;
- Downstairs WC; and
- Parking on street, first come first serve (no permits needed).

Back garden has a sofa and two chairs, egg chair and fire pit for the summer (currently in the shed).

A bit about me: I own the property and have a golden retriever who is four. He's very well behaved! I'm a solicitor who works and stays in London a fair bit. The dog comes with me. You will have the house to yourself a lot but this is my Bristol base that I will return to periodically. I love to cook, have the occasional glass of wine with friends and go to the gym.
