Lovely Clean & Tidy Home for A Lodger

Happy to take employed people- students/Post Graduates- but do not want anyone based at home during the working week Monday to Friday, Exceptions for shift workers.

A quiet flat, Sharing with (Single) Landlord who works as a Civil Servant - friendly and respectful. My young daughter stays here (in my room) every 3 weeks just on a Saturday night, she is quiet and friendly and will not be in your way. No other guests allowed aside from the Lodger.

Kitchen and bathroom share (Living room is Landlords private area) Energy and water conscious home, 1 shower or bath per day if you don't mind :) .....No shoes are worn in the flat & I'd prefer somebody, respectful like myself as the flat is kept clean and tidy as per the photos all of the time :0) - No Smokers or heavy Drinkers I'm afraid.

guarantor and references are not necessary but a minimum of 6 months payment in advance plus a deposit will be required. 1 months notice will be required if Tennant chooses to leave from 5 month point.
