Double room available in a large 3-bed terrace

We have a double bedroom available in our home near Victoria Park, Bedminster. The house has a very homely feel and there’s a large living space, dining space and kitchen. There’s a garden and shed for bikes, and free on-street parking. The rent for this room is £700 per month and bills are not included. It’s council tax band B. Available from 18th April 2026 and we are looking for someone to stay for ideally 6+ months.

My boyfriend and I live in the loft room and are both pretty relaxed, social and active people. I really enjoy bouldering, running and reading. Whereas Barney loves mountain biking, music and BJJ. We’re both into snowboarding, cooking vegan meals, and gardening. We may decide to rent another room out during the summer but haven’t decided yet.

We are a vegetarian/vegan household so are looking for someone who is the same. It would be ideal if our new housemates had similar-ish interests or just enjoyed hanging out every so often. We are both sociable but also enjoy time to ourselves and we occasionally like a night out every few months to see a particular dj we like but aren’t into clubbing. This house is a home and so it’s very important that everyone is respectful of it and its inhabitants - a clean and conscious housemate is a must.
