Large double room to let in Bedminster

Spacious double room 2.77m x 4.62m for single occupancy in shared house with live in landlord and one other lodger.
Furnished with bed, bedside table, drawers, wash basket and double pax ikea wardrobe. The room is on the ground floor. Downstairs bathroom mostly shared with other lodger as I have a ensuite.
Bills included:
Gas, electricity, water, Council Tax, WiFi
Shared kitchen diner. Shared living room (I retain priority in the living room but I'm often quite generous sharing or clearing off elsewhere at times). I would hope I was considerate of the needs of my lodgers having lived in shared houses myself for many years. For serious telly addicts and couch potatoes, I recommend a TV in your room.
The two of us here are kind and considerate, clean and tidy, easy-going and it would be great if you were reasonably similarly minded.
Garden and covered patio in the back. Very nice in summer. Gate access too so good for parking a bicycle. Plenty of free on street parking at the front too although I have sole use the drive.
Close to Victoria park 10 min walk, North St 15 min walk, Wapping Wharf 20 min walk and Bristol centre 30 min walk.
