Short term double room in 2 bed house

I have a good sized double bedroom available in my 2 bedroom home, looking for someone short term only until the end of June. Room is available now.

I am willing to consider couples but the rent would be higher, please get in touch if you’re interested as a couple.

Amazing location next to North Street and walking distance into town and the harbourside etc. Despite being so close to amenities this is a very quiet and peaceful street. There is free on-street parking and you can usually park outside the house, but sometimes you need to look a little further e. g. if there is a game on at Ashton gate!

The bedroom has a double bed, a decent sized desk to work from if needed, a chest of drawers and a clothes rail.

You would use the newly renovated bathroom downstairs and would have mostly sole use of this (I would just like to reserve the right to an occasional bath! But I would ask first!). I have an en suite in my room.

Me: I am a social worker and am out all day Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday (7:30am - 6:30pm), work from home Fridays and currently have Mondays off. I'm friendly and easy going, consider myself easy to live with! I like to keep the place clean and tidy but not obsessively so. I have a boyfriend who will stay over usually just weekends but sometimes a night in the week as well. I would like you to feel comfortable to use the whole house, the shared kitchen and living space. Weekday evenings will be quiet as I like to cook and relax or I will go out. Also I go to bed pretty ridiculously early so may struggle if you’re a (noisy) night owl! 🦉
