Lovely attic bedroom in Bedminster

This place is perfect for someone who is looking for a Mon-Fri let (shorter lets also considered e. g. 2 or 3 nights a week).

The house is based in Bedminster, about a 15 min walk to North St and a 25 min walk to Wapping Wharf. There is a big Sainsburys about a 10 min walk away. There are several residential streets around the house where you can park permit free and two major bus routes within a 5 min walk.

The house has a small courtyard garden and a lovely brand new kitchen. There is a large lounge and a shared bathroom with shower over bath. The bedroom available for rent is up in the attic with lovely views of Bristol. There is a double bed, chest of drawers, hanging rail and bedside table.

You will be sharing the house with me - Amy, I’m 35 and I own the house. I am generally out and about but like the occasional evening in! Im a sociable person who is always happy to share a meal and glass of wine every now and then 😊
