We a student couple looking for a friendly housemate or couple to rent a double ensuite room.

We have a private ensuite room within a two bed house available to rent from June 17th (open to negotiations). The room has a double bed, desk and chest of drawers. The ensuite is small but functional with a rain shower, toilet, sink and anti fog mirror.
The house has one another bedroom and ensuite (occupied by us); a furnished living room; kitchen; dining room; downstairs toilet; and sun room used as a utility with a washing machine. The house comes fully furnished and decorated with love.
The house also has a back garden with fire pit and outside seating including an egg chair.

There is on-street free parking available. The house is a 20 minute drive to UWE and a 20 minute cycle to the city centre. The property is within walking distance of multiple supermarkets including an Aldi, Lidl and Tesco express.

We are looking for either a student or professional 18-25 (single or couple) who is friendly and looking for a peaceful environment to live in. Ideally someone who is and tidy and will treat the space respectfully as if it’s their own.

We are both students (19) that enjoy cooking, travelling, coffee and the outdoors. We aren’t big on partying or excessive drinking but are open to an evening at a pub or sharing an evening meal. We are also a meat free household so preferably looking for someone who is vegetarian/vegan but this isn’t mandatory :)

£700 per month plus bills for a single
£900 per month plus bills for double occupancy.

Please note if you are professional council tax will be added on top of your monthly rent.
