Double Room in lovely BS3 flat

Hey!

I’m looking for someone to replace my housemate who’s moving out at the end of June.

The flat is really nice and light, especially in the living room, which is huge. It comes with some furnishings, although there’s going to be some bits leaving with the previous tenant, so there’ll be room if you have some things to bring with you. The good sized double bedroom is light in the mornings, has a built in wardrobe and comes with a double bed, bedside table and chest of drawers.

As you can see in the photos, there’s a big set of speakers in the living room, but I very rarely use them and prefer to live in a pretty quiet house (the guitars and amps are leaving with my old flat mate). It would still be nice to live with someone who I could socialise with when I’m at home, share the occasional meal and go for a drink with. I work as a chef so I’m quite often out of the flat from early until quite late, but I’m quiet when leaving and entering the flat.
