Bright double room with en-suite

I am looking to rent out the loft room in my house in Bedminster/Windmill Hill area, BS3. Bills included.
I bought the house in 2020 and since then it has been completely renovated with a lovely kitchen diner area opening out into the garden. The house is a 2 min walk from Victoria Park and a short walk to North Street, Wapping Wharf and the City Centre.

THE ROOM:
Top floor loft room with a separate door up to the loft so feels very private. It's a great size with excellent views from the velux window. The room has an en-suite bathroom with a toilet, sink and a shower. It has been decorated neutrally throughout and comes furnished with a double bed, chest of drawers and a wardrobe but no drama if you have some furniture as we might be able to move bits around to suit whatever is needed. The room is spacious, airy and there is plenty of light!

THE HOUSE:
As mentioned above, the house is newly renovated and very homely. The kitchen has plenty of storage and there’s excellent entertaining space with sliding doors that go on to the patio (excellent for the summer and BBQs). Parking is on street (no permit needed).

Who would you be living with?

You would be living with me, Louise. I’m a 32 year old doctor. I mostly work daytime hours with the odd out of hours shifts. I am looking for a fellow young professional who mostly goes out to work rather than WFH. Someone respectful, tidy/clean is a must, who wants to settle in and make it home for them too. Ideally someone who doesn't mind their own company/space but also keen to cook dinner together now and then, go for a drink or watch whatever rubbish has landed on Netflix that week. Always up for a dinner with friends but my clubbing days are long behind me so not looking for party vibes!

In my spare time I enjoy cooking, going to the gym, getting out the city for a walk and exploring all the coffee and wine Bristol has to offer.
