Hey everyone! We have a bright double bedroom with a double wardrobe & private WC available in our friendly & professional Bedminster/Southville home from March. We’re located just off North st in Bedminster which is a great spot for the Harbourside, Temple Meads & all the shops, cafes and restaurants on North St.

The room comes with a desk & chair, double bed and some other soft furnishings (mirror, double wardrobe, shelving etc). There is also exclusive use of a WC on the same floor (just next door - pictured).

The house has two outside spaces with furniture perfect for the summer (ones a beaut south facing sun spot)! If you cycle we also have secure bike storage, and a car permit for the area available. The house also sits behind two gated entrances for added security.

We are 25 mins walk from Temple Meads and getting to the town centre/harbourside is a breeze (10 mins). We are also super close to Victoria Park & Greville Smythe Park so heaps of green space.

Ideal housemate: Fellow professional person/someone who is respectable, trustworthy and considerate of owner-occupied property.
