Hi there Im Zanna and I'm looking for a tenant for this ensuite bedroom! All bills included and ready to move into from Aug 1st!
The room comes with 2 built in wardrobes, a chest of draws, a night stand, under-bed storage units, shelving space and a newly refurbished ensuite!

As for the rest of the house, there is a lovely garden, a very pink conservatory, a cosy living room, a communal kitchen and a downstairs bathroom.

The 74 bus stop is right round the corner and goes to the Harbourside and up Glouster Road. There is free parking on the road and Bedminster Train Station is a 15 min walk away

There is a convenience store just round the corner and a lovely coffee shop called Fox & West too. LIDL is a 10 minute walk away or there is the big ASDA which is an easy 5 min drive. Local pubs are The Brunel (cheap and cheerful), The Rising Sun or the Victoria Park Pub with the best views.

It's a 4-bed house, newly renovated (Council Tax Band B), at the moment there are currently 4 residents: Olive (whose moving out as been offered a fab new job in London), Rose, Sally and me (Zanna). We are wholesome house of all oddball nutters who enjoy chatting round the picnic table in the garden, movie nights as well as hosting the occasional fancy dress party!
We are looking for someone warm, kind, considerate and tidy who enjoys a natter over a cuppa! (And some spicy gremlin energy!)
