Hello!
I am Lucy. My housemate Willemijn and I are looking for someone (26+) to move into a room we will have available in BS3 area of Bristol, on the 1st of November.
The room is spacious and light, with perfect views over the south of Bristol. The room will be unfurnished, but it will have a wardrobe and chest of drawers, which I am sure we can remove on request. Rent and bills will be around £715 per month. we are on Council tax band B.
The house is beautiful, with plenty of space to chill, cook and hang out (without getting cramped). 2 toilets and a lovely little back garden.
We are a LGBT+ household and would never tollerate any form of discrimination. We are not a party house (though we do like the occasional get-together with friends), so would prefer someone who likes the same. We enjoy sharing meals and having film nights on the sofa, but we also like to respect others' space and privacy. The house is tidy, so someone also with a strong desire to keep our home clean would be a great fit!
Direct communication is a must, we like to keep a comfy clean and safe environment. We want to ensure that we keep our space sacred at all times.
We look forward to hearing from you :)
