Double bedroom available in BS3

Spacious ground floor room available, sharing with two friendly 35 year old ladies, Rachel and Emily :) Communal house, with living room leading to walled-in garden. Our party house days are behind us, so preferably someone who's happy to just chill at home. Emily works shifts, including some nights so some understanding on that front is required. Looking for someone clean and tidy who respects communal spaces. We mainly keep ourselves to ourselves, but do make time for each other. Good location, pretty quiet area and off the main road.
Parson street train station is a 5 minute walk away, town centre about a 30 minute walk. Asda, Aldi and Lidl all close by along with high street shops along East street and North street.

Move in date can be flexible, sooner if needed :)
Pets technically allowed but no cats or dogs. Small quiet pets are okay :)
