Sunny unfurnished double room in Bedminster 🌞

My lovely flatmate of the past year has bought herself her own place with her boyfriend and I am looking for someone to replace her!

This is a sunny, unfurnished double bedroom available in a lovely first floor maisonette in Bedminster.

The flat is a great size for 2 people
Ground floor: hall, toilet, open plan sitting room / kitchen, laundry room and access to a shared court yard.

First floor: two bedrooms and bathroom

Bills are not included but usually come to between £200-£230 a month each which includes wifi and a fortnightly cleaner (higher in the winter months)

Location location location
We are 5 minute walk from North Street, 15 minute walk from Wapping wharf and 30 minute walk from Temple Meads. We also have the 75/76 bus stop right out the front of the flat. There is free on street parking around the area which doesn’t require a permit. We have a lovely green park at the end of the road and a Tescos opposite - perfect for a Sunday evening sofa snack!

A bit about me:
My name is Kerry, I’m 32 and work for the local authority. I’ve been in Bristol for 6 years now and I love it. I play hockey for a local team and enjoy an indie or rock gig.
I love to eat good food (in or out!), hosting friends for dinners and absolutely love watching Drag Race with a wine.

I am looking for someone who values a tidy and calm living space, would be up for an evening in the pub playing monopoly deal or could join me in being more consistent at the gym after work. As it is a 2 bed flat I would be looking for a female flatmate please!

In terms of move in dates, Bronia is hoping to vacate the room for her new place in Mid April. Move in date would likely be around April 18th but negotiable.
