Double and single rooms near Parson Street Station

Bedroom 1

There are currently 2 bedrooms free in a large house near Parson Street station in Bedminster, with a further single room free from May 1st. The rooms come unfurnished. There are 2 smaller rooms that can be used as offices/ chillout spaces. Bills are an additional £100/month for everything.

There are numerous buses (75, 76, m1, A1 airport bus), and Parson Street Station is only a couple of minutes away. North Street is only a 15-20 minute walk, and Lidl is the closest supermarket.

Room 1 - Ground floor, double room, window into the garden. This is bedroom 1 on the attached floorplan.

Room 2 - First floor, single room, window onto the street. This is bedroom 6 on the attached floorplan.

Room 3 - Free on May 1st. First floor, single room, window onto the garden. This is bedroom 5 on the attached floorplan. No photo currently - watch this space!

We are looking for people who are respectful and willing to work together to keep the house clean and tidy - there are cleaners that come every 2 weeks, but in between it obviously needs a little attention!

Current housemates work in the office Mon-Fri, while I work from home every day. Ideally, we would like to find people who work similar hours. We're quiet and respectful of other people's space, but we still have friends round fairly often! We have good, open communication about communal chores and when people are coming over.

This is a peaceful house though, so if you're a party animal, it probably isn't for you. Non-smokers only please, and I'm afraid no students either. We're also looking for people in the current minimum and maximum age, but we will be happy to make an exception if you're the right fit!
