I’m moving out of my room and am looking for someone to replace me for the rest of the tenancy (~4 months with option to extend),

- double room (~2.5m x 3.5m)
- unfurnished
- floor to ceiling sliding window (facing NE)
- bathroom shared with one other person
- office room shared with one other person (included in the price)
- bills ~£150pcm

🏠 Details about the house:
- large French doors that open up to the courtyard
- option to store bicycles
- open plan kitchen / living room
- free parking
- 3 bathroom (1 ensuite, 2 shared)

You’d be sharing with my two lovely housemates Alfie and Will, and the cute cavapoo Freddie (see pictures) 🐶 we often go to the pub together with some of the neighbours on our street, or have a quiet night in to watch TV. The house is sociable but also respectful of each other if we want time by ourselves.
