The room is generously sized, tastefully decorated and filled with natural light. It comes furnished with a comfortable double bed and excellent storage (a triple wardrobe will be provided), with plenty of space to create a comfortable personal retreat.

The house itself is warm, energy-efficient and thoughtfully maintained. You would share:

• A large bathroom (shared with just one other lodger)
• A fully equipped kitchen, including instant hot tap
• A washer / drier
• A small private outdoor space with seating and BBQ area – lovely in the warmer months

This is a respectful household — shared with myself (live-in landlord) and one other lodger only — best suited to someone who values a tidy and harmonious home rather than a party atmosphere.
