I’m renting out my spare room in a calm, friendly flat very close to North Street. I’m a 29-year-old single mum living here with my 3-month-old daughter.
The spare room is currently being used for baby storage but will be completely cleared before move-in. The room can be fully furnished, part-furnished, or unfurnished, depending on your preference.
You’ll share a bathroom with a bath, and there is a free designated private parking space in the car park. The building also has a secure bike shed and a small communal garden.
The location is excellent. Just a short walk to North Street, with plenty of shops, cafés and supermarkets nearby, plus good transport links.
I do have a baby, but she’s an absolute dream. She’s smiley, chilled, and a very good sleeper. Everyone who’s stayed has said they never hear her at night. The flat is relaxed, cosy and friendly!
