2 rooms available, Bedminster

Hello! My amazing housemates Amy & Ceren are going travelling/moving in with partners, so I am looking for some new people new to join my house!

Room 1: The room is a large unfurnished double ensuite with a walk in storage cupboard, all on its own floor at the top of the house. Move in from 23rd April. Ceren is happy to sell her furniture.

Room 2: A double room, with shared access to a bathroom with one other person. Also space in separate box room for a wardrobe. Move in from 23rd March. Amy is happy to sell her furniture.

The house has a shared modern kitchen/living room area with a washing machine, fridge freezer and dishwasher. We also have a downstairs WC and a small courtyard out the back. Bills are not included and come to about £150 pcm (council tax, water, electricity, gas, WiFi). Council tax band C. Room will be ready to move in from 23rd April and 23rd March respectively.

The house is 30 seconds walk from Bedminster train station and the road has on street parking (no permit required). It takes about 20-25 minutes to walk into the city centre. Asda is a short 10 minutes walk away with North street also a similar distance with lots of pubs, cafes and places to eat. Victoria park is also a couple minutes away if you fancy a walk or run!

Currently living here is myself, Ellie. I am a 27 year old working professional. I’d ideally like sociable housemates who’d like to be friends and hangout rather than someone who will stick to their room. I’m easy going and enjoy a night out as much as chilling in, but ideally would like some girls in their mid to late 20s who enjoy the same and are willing to keep the house tidy. I enjoy pub quizzes, trying new cafes and restaurants, comedy gigs, the gym, walks around Bristol, etc. - I’m always up for trying new things, like bouldering recently! We also get on well with our neighbours and look after their dog every so often.
