THE ROOM
Spacious, unfurnished master bedroom on a quiet Windmill Hill road. Includes built-in storage and plenty of space for a large desk and additional furniture.

THE HOUSE
Beautiful three-storey Victorian terrace with four bedrooms plus a spare room.
The basement has a large open-plan kitchen/living space with dishwasher, two fridges, washing machine, and allocated cupboard space for everyone. Two sofas and a wall-mounted TV make it a great spot to unwind. There’s also a separate utility cupboard.

THE HOUSEMATES
Three friendly young professionals. Peta joins in March, and Vanessa and Lucy have been here just under a year. We met through a previous job and are a sociable but respectful household — we enjoy cooking together, watching films/TV, and catching up after work, while also valuing our own space.

GARDEN
South-facing decked garden with seating and plants, and is lovely in the spring/summer.

LOCATION
Quantock Road is brilliantly located, 5 minutes to North Street’s cafés and bars, 30-minute walk to the centre. The Rising Sun at the end of the road and has become our local.

RENT
Bills not included, usually around £120 per person per month.

YOU
Professional or postgrad, experienced in house shares, tidy, considerate, and happy living in a clean, calm home with the option to socialise.
