Hey there! I have a great double bedroom available from the 27th March. The room is fully furnished with comfortable furniture, including a cosy eve mattress, desk, chair, TV, and wardrobe. Bills are handled with a £100 monthly contribution which covers typical usage. If costs increase it may adjust slightly, but if they drop you’ll benefit from the lower amount.
The house also has a guest bedroom, two toilets, shared living area/kitchen, and a nice garden for relaxing.
I’m looking for a tidy and respectful housemate who doesn’t work from home. Unfortunately, we don’t have space for bikes on the property, and I can’t accommodate any pets. If you’re tidy, friendly and easygoing, this could be the perfect spot for you! Please note, the pictures are just over a year old - the room has been used since then but has been well looked after and will have a new carpet before you move in.
