Large double in Ashton Gate.

A large double room has become available as of 9th April. The room is furnished with a super king size bed, office desk and chair, two chest of drawers, two built in wardrobes, a mirror, a blackout blind and a 32 inch smart TV.

The rent covers all bills which includes a cleaner.

The house benefits from having a washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, and lots of cupboard space.

I am in a live in landlord, I work as a personal trainer from the gym at the back of the house. You may use the gym for your own training, its available at certain times of the morning, day and evening.

You'd be a great fit if you are chatty, friendly, and have a positive outlook on life. You must also be considerate of others, especially after 9pm when the house is settling down for the night. You must be willing to chip in with keeping the kitchen clean, whilst we have a cleaner coming in bi-weekly, we also need to keep it clean in the meantime.

If you have a car, its free to park on the streets and there's always a spot. The house doesn't have much if any storage area, so if you have a lot of stuff, this might not be suitable.

I am available for viewings at random times throughout the day, but won't be available after 6pm. Weekends are probably better.
