En-suite room in Bedminster house.

Hi :) We're looking for someone to join our house in a great spot in Southville/Bedminster! Starting 18th May, for £720 per month

The room is a very large double on the top floor with ensuite shower & toilet. Lots of natural light and comes furnished, though that can be flexible.

The house is a spacious three-storey five bed with large shared living room and kitchen, and an outdoor area for storing bikes etc.

It's a really nice area and great central location: 15-20 min walk to city centre, 5 mins from large supermarket, and 25 mins to temple meads or <10 mins to local train station. There's a gym and swimming pool close by, and about 15 min walk to Victoria Park. We're close to North Street and Wapping Wharf with their many independent shops, cafes and restaurants, and there are a couple of really nice local markets.

About us: we're a friendly group in our mid 20s, one female and two males. Our two outgoing housemates are sadly moving out of Bristol but we're looking forward to welcoming some new people. We all met on Spareroom but get on really well and love to hang out as a house when we're free such as by going out for food/drinks or pub quiz, or staying in for dinner and a film or some games, and sometimes playing tennis in the park or a day trip. We’re a relatively chill group but value a clean house.

Other things to note: parking is by permit on the street, and bills and council tax are probably c.100 a month on top of rent.
