Double Bedroom in Bedminster

Hello! We are looking for a third housemate to join us in our house ☺️

The room is a double bedroom with a shared bathroom with one other person. Move in is from 23rd April. Rent is £750 and bills are ~£150pcm (council tax, water, electricity, gas, WiFi). Council tax band C.

The house has a shared modern kitchen/living room area with a washing machine, fridge freezer and dishwasher. We also have a downstairs WC and a small courtyard out the back.

The house is 30 seconds walk from Bedminster train station and the road has on street parking (no permit required). It takes about 20-25 minutes to walk into the city centre. Asda is a short 10 minutes walk away with North street also a similar distance with lots of pubs, cafes and places to eat. Victoria park is also a couple minutes away if you fancy a walk or run!

Currently living here are two girls, both 27 years old. We’d ideally like sociable housemates who’d like to be friends and hangout rather than someone who will stick to their room. We’re easy going and enjoy a night out as much as chilling in, but ideally would like a girl/guy in their mid to late 20s who enjoy the same and are willing to keep the house tidy. We enjoy pub quizzes, trying new cafes and restaurants, comedy gigs, the gym, walks around Bristol, etc. - we’re always up for trying new things, like bouldering recently! We also get on well with our neighbours and look after their dog every so often.
