Lovely, bright double room 5 mins from North St

We have a bright double room available in our house, as our lovely housemate is moving abroad. It's a short walk from North St with all it's cafes, restaurants, pubs and shops.

The room has a double bed, triple wardrobe, large desk, bedside table and lamp. There's plenty of space to add your own touches too.

The house has a kitchen/diner, living room, 2 bathrooms (one with a shower, one with shower and bath), and low maintenance garden space. Parking is free on the street (no RPZ), and there's room for bike storage in the shed.

You'd be sharing with myself, my partner, and another lodger. We're a professional household looking for a friendly, tidy person to join us. We enjoy a trip to the pub, games or movie night in, but are equally at home at a music festival or gig, and spend our time between Bristol and London for work.

The total price including bills is £899, which breaks down to £750 rent, £85 bills, £64 council tax, per month. All bills included (water, electricity, gas, internet and TV licence). Bills are £85 per month but may be adjusted depending on rates and usage.
