Our lovely fully-furnished apartment in The Robinson Building has been an Airbnb for two years but we can longer do the constant linen changeover ourselves and so we're looking for a permanent tenant.

The apartment features a generous open plan living space with high ceilings, red brick walls and large windows overlooking Bristol.

The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, stove, dishwasher, fridge, small freezer, microwave and toaster. You’ll even find cutlery, utensils, pots, pans and glassware.

The bedroom features a double bed and premium pocket spring mattress. You’ll also find an open plan wardrobe and storage boxes, full-length mirror and hair dryer.

The bathroom has both a bath and a shower.

You’ll also find a utility cupboard with washing machine, clothes horse, iron and ironing board.

It's completely fully-furnished and decorated, as you'd expect from an Airbnb, and so ready to move in to straight away - perfect for a professional relocating to Bristol or a couple in-between places.

It's available immediately but with some Airbnb bookings in the calendar we can flex the actual date based on the tenant.

The price is per calendar month excluding bills. Council tax is Band A.
