Very large double bedroom plus adjoining study, hobby or sitting room is let on an individual contract basis as part of a professional Bedminster house share. (AVAILABLE from end of April)

Hi my name is Sally. I am a private landlady (no agency fees) and I own a Victorian terraced house in Bedminster in a quiet cul-de-sac off the Chessels with a garden, unfortunately no bike storage but there is a secure locking point for bikes. The house is nicely decorated and has an integrated kitchen and Fast Broadband installed. Benefits from a combination boiler, providing instant hot water. Like a lot of properties in this area the bathroom is situated downstairs.

If you are not familiar with the area, it’s a great place to live. Only a short stroll from both North Street and West Street with good bus connections and twenty-minutes’ walk from the city centre. There is free on street parking, no permits.

I am looking for a 3rd professional female who is mature, clean, easy going and a non-smoker to share with Kelsey and Hannah but most importantly somebody who is looking for a new home, not just somewhere to stay/rent. It definitely is not a party house.

The upstairs back bedrooms are quite unique as you actually get two large rooms for the same price and looks over the garden. The two rooms are adjoining and can be used in a variety of ways. One room is slightly smaller, but still large enough to fit a double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. The larger room can be used as your own sitting room and study or vice versa. If you are currently having to work from home this a fantastic opportunity to have your own office plus a separate bedroom. It is partly furnished with a wardrobe and set of drawers, but you will need to provide your own bed. There is also plenty of room for any extra furniture you wish to bring.

The initial contract will be for 6 months. The rent is £800 and includes all bills. (Except electricity, which is currently on a key meter works out around £15-£20 a month each). This does reflect the new energy prices so will also be fixed for the first 6 months.

A deposit of £800 must be paid in advance and will be put in a DPS (Deposit Protection Scheme) until you move out – there are no agency fees, everything is done through myself.
