Located on a quiet road just off of Victoria Park, Bedminster. The property is an equidistance 20 minute walk to Temple Meads and the City Centre, with a bus stop at the top of the road.

The double bedroom is a modern and comfortable space in a warm home shared with two professionals Matt & Ewen. The big windows are great for natural lighting in the mornings and daylight hours. It is included with a personal en-suite, with a shower, sink and toilet. Fully furnished and carpeted, it has a homely feel to it.

The garden is fitted with fairy lights and a bench for socialising, even on cold nights. The shared kitchen is modern and open plan with living room, with a big tv for evening entertainment!

Ewen and Matt (young professionals) are both very laid back but sociable people, with a shared interest of keeping the space clean and tidy as it’s such a lovely property. We are looking for someone who is responsible and is able to maintain the good energy. Board games and weekly pub sessions are always a bonus when they can. Both adventurous in nature and mature in personality, we’re looking for someone that aligns with this and would be the best fit.

Bills are separate and come to around £100-£150 a month. Council tax band B, which is around £67 each per month.
