Double Attic Bedroom

Female only Double Attic Bedroom in a two level top floor flat on North street. No furniture in bedroom except a fixed clothing rail. Kitchen, large living room, bathroom with shower over bath. Small additional room previously used as an office can also be used by you if you wish for work or storage etc. Good storage in the flat. I have a chihuaha who is more like a house cat, loves people once she is comfortable with them (Lilith) but does not cooperate well with most other animals so sadly no additional pets at this time. I work from home 3/4 days a week in a corner of the very large living room but if that's annoying I could move to the small office room to stay more out of the way. I am chill and calm at home, like to feel homey and tidy. I love being outside and going to gigs/pub on the weekends. Not a party house but no problem with respectful guests and the occasional get together. I'm vegan so vegan veggie preferred but not essential. With bills it will work out approximately £760 each.
