Hi everyone 👋 we have a room available in a three-bed flat. The flat is conveniently situated, 5 mins walk from Parson Street station and 10 mins walk from LIDL with other shops located very close by. Easy access to East Street and North Street by foot and to the city centre by public transport. The flat has a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms and a large, bright living room. £533 per month excluding bills, so roughly £650 in total.


There are two of us currently living in the flat, Nacho, who has been here a few years and Christina who is new to the house, and moved in just a few weeks ago.

Christina is 33 yrs old and works for a Software company in the centre. She is into running, being outside in the sunshine for walks or hikes, and trying new things.

Nacho is a Spanish 30 yo. He works as a Microbiology scientist in a Veterinary Hospital. He is into roller derby, board games and cycling.
We both like socialising in common areas and hanging out, but we also respect each other’s need for alone time/ having busy schedules.
