Large, Bright Double Room in Modern House

Two friendly housemates seeking a third tenant, as current flatmate moving out. We have been in the space for over 4 years and have loved living here - we would love to find someone to join us.

The house is a spacious maisonette with three double bedrooms, large kitchen diner, two bathrooms, shared office space and a separate living room. Plus, plenty of storage! This house was completely renovated in 2022, so the space is fresh and modern... the kitchen is a dream to cook in!

The room itself is a spacious double room with a built-in wardrobe, window looking over lush greenery - super quiet in the evenings.

My housemate and I are good friends who enjoy hanging together, but also enjoy our solo time. Typical eve in the house could be a shared dinner, TV time, wine, baking and well-needed debriefs from the day! We love the area and there are lots of nice pubs and bakeries nearby. We also have a tennis membership for Victoria Park, and need someone to make us better lol. We have a nice routine where we cook a couple times together a week, which a new housemate would be welcome to partake in if they'd like.

One flatmate works from home 3 days a week in the shared office, the other is in the office everyday :)
