I am looking for a relaxed and friendly house mate to join my partner and I in Bedminster. Ideally female who prefers the outdoors and chilled evenings. The house is quiet, considerate, warm and welcoming. We aren’t party animals.

I work as a Producer in Natural History TV and generally work 9am to 6pm Mon-Fri and keep myself busy in the evenings during the week sailing, paddle boarding, swimming, kitesurfing, hiking, climbing and the odd yoga session.

The house is on the Redrow Abode development just off Bedminster road

Room 1: £950 is a large double with beautiful en-suite wetroom. All bills included.

The room has ample storage and fully furnished with including beds, mattresses, mattress protectors, wardrobes, chest of drawers and bedside tables.

Downstairs benefits from another toilet, underfloor heating and additional storage space if required. The kitchen is fully kitted out with gas hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave and washing machine.

Outside there is a reasonable sized garden with a sturdy and secure bike shelter. The garden itself has been landscaped and fab for chilling out with a BBQ and fire pit.

The house is located perfectly for those working in and around the city centre – a quick 5 minute cycle from Gaol Ferry Steps. A stone’s throw from the vibrant Cargo at Wapping Wharf, the Waterfront and North Street buzzing with cafes and cultural hub of the Tobacco factory!

Bills included are: Gas, electricity, water, council tax, TV licence, Vodafone Full Fibre Broadband and TV, and Netflix subscription.
