I am looking for a lodger to share with myself and my 9 year old child and our fluffy cat. The room is in the loft, which gives you a little privacy.
The shower room is next to the bedroom and is shared, but mainly for you, so there are no problems in the mornings (my daughter uses a different bathroom). Use of shared kitchen and garden.
I'm looking for a professional who works outside the house.
As this is a family home, sorry no late night visitors or parties.
