Unfurnished double room available in Bishopston

Hi, my current housemate has sadly handed her notice to move on to the next chapter in her life, therefore I am looking for someone to move in from the 10th December 2025. It's a lovely room in a cosy two bedroom flat.

About the flat:
The flat is based just off Gloucester road with excellent shops, cafes, pubs, parks and transport within a short distance. There are convenience shops nearby but also a Lidl, Aldi and Tesco which are about a 10 min walk away. I drive and I would be happy to give you a lift if we figure out our schedules! We also have access to a private garden.

Your room will be UNFURNISHED. I am very happy to share the kitchen amenities I have, such as the air fryer, blender, cutlery and crockery though etc..

Pets welcome (but to be discussed).

Bills:
Rent is £550 plus bills (coming at around £180-£190 currently - totalling around £735 in total, but this may go up come the winter months, depending on how much we use the heating!

Deposit is £550 direct to the landlord.

About me:
Hello :) my name is Charlotte, I am 33 and work full time doing admin work Mon-Fri. I enjoy pottering about, going to gigs, walks on the weekend, watching films... all normal stuff really!

About you:
I am quite laid back on this front! I ask that you will have good communication skills with me and look after the flat. I like my own company, but happy to chill with you too, maybe sharing a meal, going for a pint, or watching a film :) the main thing is respect.
