Double room in friendly+spacious two bed flat

Hiya! I'm Sophie (23, working professional) looking for a new flatmate to move in to 2-bed flat on Gloucetser Road. I have lived here with a friend from Uni for the last 15 months, but she is now moving on. I am looking to find someone friendly and sociable to move in to the second room.

The room has the whole top floor to itself, with a separate wardrobe/getting ready station outside of the room. Both of us have worked from home comfortably whilst living here, if that is a consideration for you.

I work in events and, also a manager in a local restuarant. I am social and tidy in communal areas (just don't look in my room). Always up for a cosy night in (or the occassional night out), anything outdoorsy/running and a casual pub night!

Room is unfurnished, but the rest of the flat is fully furnished (we are in a great location to get some good deals on facebook marketplace)
Free on-street is available on North Road (the road parallel behind Gloucester Road)
