One room going in our Bishopston houseshare

Double room in Bishopston with 3 other housemates, Sam, Molly and Harry. All of us are 29, we're lookingn for a girl to replace Alice who is sadly leaving. We'd like somebody friendly, clean and chill to join us who is around our own age!

I'm working in social housing, Harry works in haulage logistics, and Molly works in translation services. Harry enjoys watching football and painting, Molly likes sewing and photography, and I like watching films and making music, we all enjoy going for pints on the weekend with mates!

Room has a double bed, and is a good size, it''s on the first floor. It faces the road.

We're a pretty social house, and quite often eat and chill out together,, but also spend time in our rooms or doing our own thing outside the house so it isn't a deal breaker either way, as long as you'd be happy to have a chat we aren't too bothered. Most of us go out on the weekend, and occasionally in the week but not too much cause of work.

We all try to be clean and tidy, and really want our new housemate to be so to!

The house is really close to Gloucester road with easy buses into town.

There's a hugeliving room and kitchen, and two bathrooms. We have a kind of front garden patio area.

Rent is approximately £527 (pennies on the end I can't remember off the top of my head) and bills and council tax etc come to approximately £150 a month.
