Sunny double on Gloucester Road

Lovely sunny double room available on Gloucester Road, as I’m sadly moving out. Have loved my time here, only leaving as moving to London!

Nice big kitchen and lounge. The room itself is on the smaller side but has a big in-built wardrobe/storage cupboard, and has been plenty big enough for me with a lot of things. The room is also on the back of the building, so no road noise - I’m a very light sleeper and have never had issues.

St Andrews park is just a couple of minutes away, and st Werburghs around 15 mins, so plenty of green space nearby. Also super conveniently located, loads of shops, pubs and cafes just on the doorstep!

Room comes unfurnished but I’d be looking to leave my bed frame and mattress, and any other furniture you’d like.

You’d be living with lovely Olivia (26) and Dan (35), both of whom it’s been a pleasure living with! Always down to chill, go for a drink, etc. but also both have their own thing going on, so would suit someone similar.

Probably wouldn’t suit a full wfh set up, but I usually do 2-3 days at home just fine, either working in my room or in the lounge.

Rent is currently £533 per month, and bills come to £176 fixed each month, so a steal for the location.
