Friendly house :)

Hi! We are looking for a 4th housemate for August 2026-August 2027. We are looking for someone who is a girly or queer.

Our house is off Gloucester Road- 2 minute walk from the golden lion. The room is medium sized, unfurnished (the rest of the house is furnished), upstairs, gets a lot of sun and garden facing. The rent is 625 pcm + bills/council tax (band D) , we use split the bills so we are looking for someone who is happy for this.

We’re a close group of friends and we would love to make a new friend! We are all 24 so we are looking for someone between 22-26. We are all young professionals but the landlord is fine with students, postgrads and professionals. We are a creative and very social house, we like to watch series, play video games and hang out most evenings.

We do mostly work following school schedules so we like an early night (until half terms/ the weekend!). We love to be clean and tidy too. Most of the house is vegetarian and we all have partners that come by often.

(We are planning to have a lovely garden by summer)

A bit about us:

Sophie is a student teacher: I love bouldering with Leo and painting. I’m a good chef and a mid baker. I like to watch movies and go on long walks.

Leo is a TA in a SEN school and is a phenomenal veggie chef. Leo is a gay trans man and a musician. Leo loves nature and bouldering.

Grace is a barista, she loves fashion and art. Grace loves to bake sweet treats and share them! Grace has been everyone’s hairdresser for the past year, thank you Grace.
