The flat is located within a walking distance to Southmead Hospital (30 mins) and a short drive to the Mall, Cribbs Causeway (9 min). Suitable for anyone working in N. Bristol or central with regular busses to either. The property is ideally positioned to the motorway M5/M4
The room is originally unfurnished, however, the previous tenant is happy to discuss about leaving any furniture (i. e. bed). The room also comes with a built in wardrobe, toilet and shower.
I am looking for someone who is clean/tidy and doesn’t keep late hours. Will suit someone who works on site or hybrid. I normally do 2/3 days from the office and the rest from home.
