The Room (bear in mind all my stuff will be gone)

3 MONTH SUBLET. June to end of August 2024: no shorter and no longer. £600 a month all bills included with council tax

Furnished spacious double room, with double bed and mattress, chest of drawers, cupboard, shelves, TV (and extras), desk. Flexible with whatever you would like! We can discuss.

The room is on the 1st floor of the hosue and is adjacent to the bathroom. On the ground floor you will find the living room (with sofas and our piano), the kitchen (hob, oven, plenty of fridge space, essentials, washing machine). The conservatory, and the garden which is a nice size with outdoor furniture and a bbq!

I am looking for a clean and tidy housemate who is friendly, respectful and considerate.

Want to be in Bristol for the summer? This location is amazing in the warmer months. Whilst it's not directly in the centre, it connects easily via bus (20 mins to centre). Behind the house is a walk down to the river which is a great place to hang out.

£600 per calander month, paid on the first day of each month, and a £600 security deposit which would be provided at the beginning and returned in September.

Pay £1800 upfront with a £200 security deposit.

These are great deals considering the housing price of the local area, especially as all bills and council tax is included.
