15 mins bus to city centre, 5 mins to T Meads. it is a mixed gender & occupation (students & young professionals) household. this house used to be a guesthouse so the steep price is due to its v high standard, communal areas gets cleaned every week & they will take the bins too, off street parking behind the house, smart tv in the living area, backyard patio, kitchen comes w all utensils + airfyer.
