I have just took on this huge farmhouse style cottage based in Brislington. The house really is huge, very spacious, 5 double bedrooms, large kitchen, large dining room and huge sitting room! There is a lot of potential to make this a wonderful home. The house has so much outdoor space too, with big front, side and back gardens. I’m still in talks with the landlords about what work will done doing it up, I know them personally and they are happy for me to rent and do what I like with it. They won’t be intrusive but will be there if there’s any major problems. The house is undergoing some work and a good freshening up, there’s new carpets throughout and it’ll be freshly painted, kitchen freshened up and the gardens sorted out before being furnished.
