Lovely home in Jersey Avenue, Brislington

Im renting out a room in my home on Jersey Avenue, Broomhill.

Broomhill is approximately 3 miles from the city centre with good bus connections, or a leisurely cycle down the feeder. Our local pub is Beeses which is just down the hill.
There are plenty of green spaces near the house.

The house is end of terrace, 2 bedroom home with a garden and vegetable patch. The garden really comes into its own in the spring months. The house is fully furnished with dish washer, washing machine/dryer, air fryer, oven and coffee machine. The house has an upstairs and downstairs toilet.

The house has lovely neighbours, on street parking with all bills included. Jersey Avenue is a queit street and parking is never a problem. Plenty of birds visit and nest in the garden with the occasional hedgehog passing by!

Im looking for someone to rent a room for 4 months whilst my partner is out of the county.

I would like to live with someone who likes to be sociable, but respectful of the house. Im a relaxed person and would welcome for someone to use the house as theirs.

Im a 35 year old firefighter who enjoys socialising and the outdoors. I enjoy nature and wildlife, as well as rynning/cycling and the gym.

I work shifts so will be out of the house on some evenings/nights.
