ROOM TO LET

I have a double bedroom available in a lovely little cottage tucked away in Brislington. You would not think you are in a City being here.

The room has a double bed and set of drawers in at the moment which can be taken out or left.

This is for a room ONLY let, I use the living area as my space normally as I do not have a TV in my bedroom and that is my space. I am not strict in the sense of you cannot use the living room but it is where I usually chill hence the rate of the room being good value.

There is a huge garden out the back overlooking a river which sounds lovely in the summer, bug kitchen with double ovens and a coffee machine. Use of washing machine and tumble dryer, there is parking out the front (private drive) but i park here and am in and out all the time but there is plenty of parking around.

I am sociable and very easy going and just want the same to share my space with, I have a very friendly little cat called Bibi who loves a cuddle if you like cats. If you are keen to see the house please let me know and I can send you a video of the rest of the house if you are interested. I hope this doesn't sound miserable or harsh, I am no good with this part but I am nice and the house is ace!
